- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am posting this review as an insuree of State Farm who was re-ended by an insuree of Liberty Mutual. Since my accident on June 23rd 2016 I have been inconvenienced and treated in a way that seems counter intuitive to Customer Service for either the person who caused the accident (Liberty Mutual) or who was hit (myself). They refused to pay for my first week as the car had not yet been taken to a shop now almost 7 weeks later they are refusing to pay for the final week of rental as Liberty Mutual claims the repair is taking too long. Our car was less than 1 year old with fewer than 5K miles on it. I would stay away from Liberty Mutual if you considering them as a insurance provider as they do not see the value or impact of poor service to those who not their customers.February 25, 2017by Todd Carper
