- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother had an appointment @ 10:30. She was not called back to be seen until 11:20. 3 patients that arrived 30 minutes after her were called back before her. When I inquired with the receptionist why were others being called back, she was very rude & stated they have 3 doctors in this location. Regardless of how many doctors there are, as a business patients should not have to wait more than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment. The doctor was very professional & courteous.
