- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Florentino was very pleasant, and my qualms were not with her but with every other facet of my visit. Being a first time patient, I arrived thirty minutes before my 1:00 PM appointment but still didn't see the doctor until 2:30. Two hours of waiting with most of that time being spent in the waiting area which had an (maybe 2 or 3 minute loop) infomercial playing on repeat advertising some cosmetic service offered at the clinic. Perhaps many others would have no problem tuning this out, and it certainly would have been fine if there was no volume (they couldn't turn it down, I asked), but if i'm already paying money to see a doctor why should I be subjected to a repetitive commercial? I will not be returning as I see this as disrespectful of their patients as apparently we are nothing but consumers to make an extra dollar off of.May 20, 2017by Jacki Mayo
