  I was kicked out of the practice because my medication did not show in a six month routine urine test, yet I received a nasty letter telling me I was abusing illegal drugs, harming myself, they were concerned of my ability to take controlled meds ,and could get me help if I wanted. I received this letter attacking my character nine days after. I insisted it was wrong, would come in right then and there, 12 days later when I was finally acknowledged by someone, and take another one or I don't know how about maybe a pill count. No!! Dr. would not allow it. So why not send me a letter saying my medicine did not show up at lab it was sent off to and tested hours later, rather than sending me a letter accusing me of horrific behavior. They locked me out of my patient portal, threw my patient chart as inactive and that was that after almost ten years. No offer to send me to pain management and they would continue to care for me as general health provider. All I know, is I didn't take it that morning because I had to drive 40 miles. Otherwise, I wish someone could explain to me why it would not show up. The people I have put my faith in for my general care just tossed me away as if I am trash, and that is disturbing. I am a 50 years old and soon to be a grandma. From what I have been told, they think I am selling it, um NO..I have plenty of money as my husband provides very well. I will pray for them, so to the doctor who saw me that day for the first time. I forgive you. I pray that one day you will put your patients first, distinguish among us. Ask the other PA's, nurses, and physicians about a patient. Maybe not just send the routine letter to good honest people. Thanks for just cutting me dead off my meds, thanks for ignoring me, thanks for treating me like a bad person, and thanks for just shutting me out. You actually did me a favor.. I will now be treated by someone who cares for their patient's well being and not more for the government and insurance companies. I get it that you more concerned with yourself then a long time patient. Obviously we are all one in the same to you. Oh, and if your blood pressure has been high, the one place you don't go to just check it is this practice. Just go to Kroger, because if it is high, then they will have to see you and that disrupts the schedule.
