  I have been to "Smile Now Dental" on N Belair Rd in Evans Georgia, a few times now and so has my children. the first time there, i had seen the manager, Cornelia Ojimba, get into an argument with the Doctor about her disrespecting and arguing with patients and then the second time i had seen with my own eyes the manager arguing with a patient. So naturally i would try to avoid her but unfortunately today, Janurary 27, 2016, I had called to make an appointment for my child's teeth cleaning and for my daughter's tooth ache. Someone on the phone had said the doctor was so busy and couldn’t do it. She was uncooperative and wouldn't let me speak to the doctor for even a moment about my other child's tooth ache. So I was in the neighborhood and decided to go in since I was worried about my daughter, and i also wanted to make an appointment for my son to get his teeth cleaned. I knew Dr. Jacqueline Ojimba, she has always been very kind and helpful to us and I knew she would lend me a moment of her time. So i had gone into the 'Smile Now' office and waited until I had seen the Doctor herself. She said she could see my daughter quickly to get an x-ray of her mouth to see if its an infection. I was sitting down, making an appointment for my son when BAM the door gets thrown open and in comes the manager Cornelia Ojimba. She puts her hand on her hip and starts yelling and acting crazy. she asked why i had come and why I asked the doctor about not seeing patients or something. I was just in shock, and thinking, "huh.. this lady really has nothing better to do than attack patients?" For no reason, might I add. She just wouldn't close her mouth and continued her yelling, hand waving and foolishness. I think the Doctor is a great person, but the office should hire a real manager, not a family member who clearly doesn't know how to act in a civilized manner. Managers are supposed to compose themselves in a courteous manner because they are the prime example of the workplace and to the employees. Managers are also intended to diffuse the situations, not create loud, unnecessary drama. Its sad to see so many people leaving Dr. Ojimba's office because of her sister.
